Deactivation and Reactivation of Thea for Sketchup
I had previously activated Thea for sketchup on my old PC. I have switched to Mac now I can’t activate my Thea extension on my new laptop. It says failed to activate in current machine (error log 9) I don’t have access to the old laptop to deactivate Thea on there. what should I do?

Issue activating Student License for Thea for Sketchup?
Hello, when I try to activate my student license I get the error "Your license is not valid. Please check its status through Altair One." When I check Altair One it says I have 0 activations available. Any advice?

CRASH THEA RENDER WITH SKETCHUP
Hi everyone, When I start a PRESTO rendering if the denoiser is checked so all my work crash, I can't do the blender rendering so all my work crash again and again. Other problem : occasionally the rendering window become full black for one scene while settings are the same for all scene… Someone to help me please ?
