Thea Darkroom Issue

I have attached a photo of what I am seeing above and highlighted the issue. I do not see the normal buttons of play, pause, stop, etc. I am unable to save different views of my project because of this. I have tried unintalling and reinstalling Rhino, Thea, and other softwares that may get in the way. None of it worked unfortunatly. I also tried saving the software in another folder to see if that was the issue, it didn't fix it.

This is the error message that continually pops up. I would like to note before I input my student license, the free version looked normal, just had the watermark (normal). This issue started after I input my student license. Please help…Thank you!
