Trouble installing Altair AI on Mac os

Hi I am having trouble installing Altair AI on my MacBook.

I have created an Altair One account and downloaded Altair AI from one of the student edition bundles.

However, it does not let me sign in with my Altair One account and gives me an error that no valid RapidMiner Studio license was found.

So I tried to install the license management following instructions from this link and downloaded the  ALMUTIL GUI from the link and allow Almutil App in security.

But no Altair License Utility box is open. I do not locate it and I can not get it to open to enter my license key.

Could you please help… and let me know what I am doing wrong, please.
