🚀 Altair RISE Program
We're excited to launch an exclusive 6-month program designed to recognize and reward our most engaged community members!
Whether you're answering questions, sharing solutions, or participating in discussions, RISE gives you recognition in the community while helping you grow your expertise.
Progress through four exciting ranks, each with increasing rewards and recognition. Members of the program receive a special rank icon next to their username, which they can proudly display on their posts and profile page.
How to Join
Personal Invitation: Through careful evaluation of community engagement and impact, we’ve selected members who have already proven themselves as true community champions. Invitations have been sent to these members to join the program.
Open Applications: You can nominate yourself or any active community members whom you feel should be part of this program. We will evaluate their community activity and extend an invitation via email if the nomination is approved. You can email your nominations to community@altair.com

- Accept Answers: Help others by marking helpful responses
- Engage in Discussions: Participate actively in community conversations
- Create & Share: Upload your innovative projects/use cases using Altair Products to Altair Exchange
How can you move up the ranks
To move up the ranks, you must consistently perform the required activities above. You cannot automatically move up. The community team will review your contribution every week and consider a broad range of factors, including the criteria mentioned below for each rank.
Only members who have joined this program will be evaluated for the ranks every week. An email confirmation will be sent by the community team once you join.
Each rank unlocks privileges and rewards, like a special rank and badge to display on your profile, an invite to the dedicated product user group with Industry experts, an opportunity to connect and network with other RISE participants, etc.
Level 1: Altair Starter
Get Started!
- Answer 2 questions in the community
- Complete your profile (upload photo, add areas of interest and bio)
Level 2: Altair Explorer
Building momentum!
- Complete Level 1 requirements and unlock the Altair Starter Badge
- Answer 3 additional questions
- Get 1 of your answers accepted as correct answer or mark an answer to your question as resolved
Level 3: Altair Specialist
Show your expertise!
- Complete Level 2 requirements and unlock the Altair Explorer Badge
- Answer 5 additional questions
- Get 2 of your answers accepted as correct answer or mark 2 answers to your question as resolved
- Share 1 Altair project in Exchange or participate in 1 discussion thread
Level 4: Altair Visionary
Reach the pinnacle!
- Complete Level 3 requirements and unlock the Altair Specialist Badge
- Answer 20 additional questions
- Get 10 of your answers accepted as correct answer
- Share 2 Altair projects in Exchange or participate in 5 discussion threads
Rewards and Privileges
Each rank will unlock different rewards and privileges in the community. Here are some rewards and privileges
- Special rank and badge to display on your profile
- Invite to the RISE user group to network and connect with other participants
- Invite to the dedicated product user group with Industry experts
- Access to direct conversations with some of our community experts
- Spotlight in the community, corporate newsletters, and social channels
- Extended editing rights in the community
- Gift cards or Altair Swag
- Invite to regional ATC events
Questions
Can Altair employees participate in this program?
- No, this program is exclusively for non-employee community members.
How are the participants selected?
- Participants are invited by the community team based on their existing contribution to the community. We monitor the contributions of our community members and carefully consider a broad range of factors before inviting them.
- Community members can also nominate themselves or any top contributors to this program. You can send your nominations to community@Altair .com. We evaluate each nomination based on the nominees' existing contribution and let them know if they are selected for this program via email.
Can I be eligible for the highest rank directly after I join the program?
- You cannot be eligible for the Altair Visionary rank directly. You need to complete the requirements of each rank to be eligible to rank up. Also, you cannot automatically move up the ranks. The community team will review your contribution every week and consider a broad range of factors to assign the ranks.
