My Altair AI Studio Education license had expired, so I submitted a renewal request. The academic support team verified my account for Student Edition use and directed me to the instructions at the following link:
Since my account was already verified, I started from Step 2 and followed all the steps carefully — I generated the license key, logged out and back in, downloaded, and activated the software. However, the program still opens as "Altair AI Studio Free" and the Turbo Prep and Auto Model features remain inactive, as shown in the screenshot below.
Could you please help me resolve this issue?
