I have a student account through my university. However, I am still unable to download the altar ai studio, it is asking me to contact sales. Is this normal?

Please use the free student edition in Altair one which includes Altair AI studio (previously known as Rapidminer studio) as per the following guide. Please see step 2,3 and 4 for detailed instructions on Obtaining your student edition license key, and installing and activating the software using the key -
