No activation key for student edition after one week

Hi everyone,

A week ago i created an Altair account to get myself the license for the altair student edtition. I followed the instructions for signing in but when clicking on the license button it said that the verification is pending and it will take 2-3 days.

Unfortunately I havent received it yet after one week and when I want to search for the student edtition again I cant find it on the marketplace.

So i would be very thankful if anyone can tell how to continue to get my activation key.

Your account is now verified for student edition use. Detailed software installation and student license activation instructions are available here:

Start from step 2 since your account is already verified then follow all the steps there to download and activate the software. Please ensure that you log out and log back into your Altair One account after license activation to download the software.
