licensing issue when trying to use Sframe?

I'm getting the following error message when I try to open Sframe. I'm not sure how to fix it. Can someone please help me?

    Hello Kendell,

    I'm sorry to hear that you are having issues. Was S-FRAME previously working on your machine, and this error just recently started appearing? I have made a small change to your account, and would ask that you try re-launching S-FRAME, and let us know if you are still unable to gain access?

    Hi Matthew. I am currently having the same issue Kendell had. Can you please take a look at my account as well and see if everything is in order?

    May I ask are you using an Academic, or Commercial license of the software?

    If it is the latter, I would suggest reaching out to your Account Manager, and they should be able to get the license number incremented for you. If you have troubles with this, please submit a support ticket, and we can assist further.
