always review the out file for warnings and errors:

 It is invalid to use a free grid as an independent grid in RBE3 data.
 Free spiders are not allowed to be independent grids in RBE3 data.
                RBE3 id =     5082
           free grid id =        2
    weighted components =      123
 You should remove this grid from the RBE3 data.

Use Tools>model checker>Optistruct to find modeling errors & warnings and apply autocorrection. Or use Check Elems Panel (F10)>1D>free 1d nodes.

Others two questions:

1- I want do simulate a bidirectional, how i simulate that? If i put E1 and E2 equal, means that it is bidirectional?

2- I also want simulate the resin between the plys. I consider it is MAT1?

2. In ply based modeling the resin and fiber material properties are usually homogenized on a ply level. Multiscale Designer can be used to model the composite behaviour at the constituent scale.
