Student Edition License key Issue in PSIM

Hello,I have a problem with the license. When I installed the software PSIM, following the instructions of installation I have the next error message:

I follow the steps and put the code to activate the license but I don't understand why this message pop up and close the system because the license is activated successfully (I have checked it). 

I tried delenting the .lic license file in the licence folder and running almutil_gui.exe again but this didn't solve the problem.

Please I need your help. Thank you and best regards.

    Hi @JodeRRa234

    Your previous license key activation is now deactivated in Altair one, you can now reactivate the student license with the same license key.

    Deactivation and reactivation feature is only if a computer breaks down or reformatted and is only allowed a few times per user preprogrammed into the system.

    You can deactivate the license from one machine and reactivate in another by yourself if you have access to both machines as per –
