PSIM을 사용하던 중 라이센스 만료일이 다 되어 라이센스를 갱신하기 위해 기존 라이센스를 비활성화 하지 않고 새로 라이센스를 받아 PSIM에 입력하였습니다. 하지만 새로운 라이센스는 입력되지 않았고 기존라이센스가 계속 유효한 상황입니다. 그래서 비활성화를 위해 기존 라이센스 파일 및 코드를 확인해보려 하였으나 기존 라이센스 파일은 사라져있고 기존 라이센스 번호도 모르는 상황입니다. 이 경우 어떻게 조치해야하나요? 현재 확인되는 라이센스 파일은 새로 발급받은 라이센스 파일입니다.
