PSIM 라이센스 관련하여 문의드립니다.
PSIM을 사용하던 중 라이센스 만료일이 다 되어 라이센스를 갱신하기 위해 기존 라이센스를 비활성화 하지 않고 새로 라이센스를 받아 PSIM에 입력하였습니다. 하지만 새로운 라이센스는 입력되지 않았고 기존라이센스가 계속 유효한 상황입니다. 그래서 비활성화를 위해 기존 라이센스 파일 및 코드를 확인해보려 하였으나 기존 라이센스 파일은 사라져있고 기존 라이센스 번호도 모르는 상황입니다. 이 경우 어떻게 조치해야하나요? 현재 확인되는 라이센스 파일은 새로 발급받은 라이센스 파일입니다.

PSIM was running fine then this error occurred.

기존에는 노트북에서 학생용 라이센스를 발급받아 PSIM을 사용해왔는데 이제 동일한 라이센스를 사용하여 컴퓨터에서 PSIM을 사용하고 싶어 찾아보니 기존에 노트북에서 사용하던 라이센스를 초기화(Deactivate)하고 컴퓨터에 등록을 해야한다고 하여 사진의 답변처럼 해당 파일을 찾아 삭제하였습니다. 이 후 PSIM을 사용할 컴퓨터에서 라이센스 등록을 진행해봐도 아래와 같이 오류가 발생합니다. 해결방법 부탁드립니다. 가능하다면 직접 초기화 부탁드립니다. aldalddldoql@gnu.ac.kr
