I recently downloaded AI Studio for a class. However, I am unable to open it no matter what i do?

More information: It says " The last startup of AI Studio was interrupted or did not complete correctly. Do you want to enter safe mode? All extensions are disabled in safe mode." It then gives me two options: start usually and disable extensions. I have done both, and nothing has worked. I have deleted and redownloaded, restarted my computer, and nothing. Now, the software still shows on my Launchpad even though it has been completely deleted on the applications tab in Finder. I am not sure what to do because I need this for class.
