Is it possible to deactivate a student license through my Altair account
Long story short I downloaded feko and used my student license on a remote machine that my university offers. The problem is it saves it in the local directory of the machine so of the many machines on campus I don't know which one it is on. If possible I would like to deactivate my student license off of that machine and was hoping that would allow me to use it again on my personal.

Your license has been deactivated from the old system. Now you should be able to activate the student license on the new system. Please try to activate the license and let me know if it works.

We have the same problem, we activated the licence by mistake on a non student version and now even when trying with the student one on the same computer we obtain this message : "(Err: 6) Unable to read file". Is it possible to deactivate the licence so we start the installation correctly from zero please ?
I forgot to add but we got also another error at the same time :
(Err: 19) Feature not allowed to run on terminal server clients
[LOCAL] C:\Program Files\Altair\2024-edu\security\altair_lic.dat - (Err: 6) Unable to read file
