Student Edition: Software Downloads tab missing for HyperMesh and OptiStruct

Hello Altair Support Team,

I have generated and received my Student Edition on-premise activation key. However, when I log into Altair Marketplace under the Student Edition Bundle, the "Software Downloads" tab does not appear for Simcenter HyperMesh or Simcenter OptiStruct (only "Info" and "Try and Buy" appear).

I have already tried signing out/in and using incognito mode. Please sync the download entitlements for my account.

We apologize for the inconvenience. There is a known technical issue that is affecting access to downloads and certain other features of Altair one for our users. Our team is actively investigating and working to restore service. Currently, we do not have an estimated time for resolution.

If this issue is impacting a deadline or other important work today, please save a copy of this message for your records as confirmation that the interruption is due to a technical issue on our side.

We appreciate your patience and understanding while we work to resolve this matter. We will provide an update as soon as we have more information to share.

Meanwhile please try this workaround and let us know if it works for you,

1. Go to Altair Connect after logging into Altair one-

2. Go to Simulation products or the product group as applicable

3. Select required product version and product to download -
