Unable to access Altair One to renew expired PSIM Student Edition license

Hello,

I am an existing PSIM Student Edition user.

My PSIM Student Edition license expired in June 2026, and I am trying to renew the license.

However, when I try to access Altair One (altairone.com), I receive the following message:

"Sorry, you have been blocked. You are unable to access altairone.com."

I have already tried different browsers, devices, internet connections, and IP addresses, but the same Cloudflare block page appears every time.

My Altair Community account is working normally, and I have already completed the email verification.

In addition, when I try to run PSIM 25.0, I receive the following license error:

Feature(s): PSIMPowerSupplyFeature
Error Code: 9
Error Description: Feature not found

Since my previous Student Edition license expired in June 2026, I believe I need to renew my Student Edition license through Altair One, but I cannot access the site.

Could you please check my Altair One account and Student Edition license entitlement, and help me restore access so that I can renew and use PSIM again?

I’m experiencing the same issue, and I’ve also seen many other users posting about it in the community. However, there still hasn’t been any official announcement or clear response from Altair.
I’ve already contacted Altair by email as well, but I haven’t received any reply.
If you know of any other way to contact Altair or raise this issue through another channel, please let me know. If possible, I’d also appreciate it if you could report or escalate the issue through any other contact method you may have access to.
