Hi Altair Community,
I am an RMIT University student using the Altair Student Edition of AI Studio.
I am using Altair AI Studio 2026.1.1 on Windows. AI Studio was working normally last week, but it has suddenly stopped working.
When I open AI Studio, it asks me to log in to my RapidMiner account and says:
"The account has been blocked."
When I select Switch to Altair Units License, I receive:
"No valid RapidMiner Studio license found."
I have already activated my Student Edition licence using the Altair License Utility. It confirmed:
"License was activated and stored in the User license store."
I can also see the .lic file in my Altair user licence folder.
However, AI Studio still does not recognise the Student Edition licence.
I have tried switching to Altair Units and using the existing Altair authorisation, but I still receive the same error.
Could you please check whether the AI Studio / RapidMiner Studio Student Edition entitlement is correctly attached to my Altair One account, or advise how I can resolve this?
