Hello!
I'm a university student who's currently using Altair AI Studio for one of my courses.
I originally installed and activated AI Studio about 6 weeks ago using the Student Edition instructions provided by my university. Everything was working normally during this time.
Here's what I did for my initial set up:
- Created an Altair One account using my university email address.
- Obtained the Student Edition License Key through the Altair One Marketplace.
- Downloaded AI Studio from the Student Edition Bundle in Altair One.
- Activated the license using
almutil_gui.exe through the Altair License Management folder.
I've been using AI Studio successfully for around 6 weeks without any problems.
However, I was suddenly logged out, and now I can no longer access AI Studio.
I tried logging into Altair One from within the application using the same email address and password that I use for my Altair One account. However, AI Studio then gives me the error:
"No valid RapidMiner Studio license was found."
I am using the same computer that I originally installed and activated AI Studio on, and I still have access to my Altair One account and Student Edition license.
I'm confused because the software was working normally for approximately 6 weeks before this happened. I also understand that the Student Edition uses Altair licensing, so I'm not sure why AI Studio is now looking for a RapidMiner Studio license.
Could someone please help me understand what has changed and how I can get AI Studio working again with my existing Student Edition license?
