Student Edition License problem

Hello Altair Team support,

My Altair One account only shows the Workspace interface (Marketplace, Drive, HPC).I cannot access the Software Portal (Products → HyperWorks → Get License). As a result, I cannot activate the HyperWorks Student Edition license and OptiStructFEA_Student does not appear in Managed Licensing. Could you please enable the HyperWorks Student Edition entitlement on my account?

Please ensure that you log out and log back into your Altair One account after license activation to download the software.
