Hello Support Team,
I am a student at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaíso. I recently changed my computer hardware but kept my hard drive. Now when I try to run PSIM, I get "Error Code: 9 (Feature not found)" and "Error Code: 1 (Timeout)".
Could you please help me update my student license so it works on my new setup? If possible, I would love to know if I can activate it on both my laptop and desktop, or migrate to a "Managed License" to avoid this hardware lock.
