How to Rid Error Code 9 and -40 Licensing Issues???

Hello,

I have spent hours trying to fix a weird licensing issue with my PSIM application. I have used PSIM in the past for electrical engineering courses, but for some reason, it refuses to work for me now… I have spent hours upon hours trying to fix the problem, but I am still having lots of resistance. I am desperate, need to complete my assignments, and very tired of working with PSIM… How can I fix these issues???? Image of error code is attached.

Please try reactivating with the same license key, we have deactivated your key at our end so you can try again,

you may need to choose the license file option in the License Setup window within psim, and then navigate and choose the license file in the path field,

the path you need to navigate to is in the almutil window as shown below,

you can also reinstall the latest version of psim and try.
