Existing license key not working on new laptop

I have a license key that I used on an old laptop that I no longer have. I tried activating my replacement laptop with the license key and it does not work.

Also, I am able to login to the software I am looking to use (S-Frame), but when I try to create a file, there is a "run time error 381" message. I don't know if the license key is causing the error or if these two issues are completely unrelated. Thanks in advance!

As for your second question, it wasn't clear which version of S-FRAME you are using, but I would be curious if you can browse to %localappdata%/s-frame software, and locate the Sframe20xx.ini file. For example, if you have S-FRAME 2026 installed, the file would be called Sframe2026.ini. Please try deleting this file, and relaunching S-fRAME, and letting us know if this resolves the Error 381. If not, we can look into it further within the support case.

Hi there,

I uninstalled the ini file but the Run-time error '381': Invalid property array index still persists. The support link provided seems to lead back to the support page with no option to open a support case.
