Altair AI Studio (RapidMiner) not available under Managed License – Student Edition

Hello,

I am a student using Altair Student Edition. My license is currently listed under “On-Premise Licenses,” but Altair AI Studio (RapidMiner) requires a Managed (Altair One) license entitlement.

When launching Altair AI Studio, I receive the error:
“Unable to find the RapidMiner Studio feature on Altair One.”

I previously activated a legacy RapidMiner license, but I now understand that AI Studio requires a Managed Student license attached to my Altair One account.

Could an Altair moderator please escalate this to Support and attach Altair AI Studio / RapidMiner Studio to my Managed (Altair One) Student license?

Please use the student edition in Altair one which includes Altair AI studio (previously known as Rapidminer studio) as per -
