Guys, I need some help, please, someday ago, I reinstated the windows OS on my computer. I activated the Altair student license on Altair One and I installed the license on my old host ID on my computer. Because I didn’t deactivate the license on my old host ID, and I reinstated the windows OS so I can’t deactivate license on old host ID. I am writing this question to ask for help from guys and Altair support departments.
