How can I activate my student license without trouble?

Hello and Good morning,
continuing my priveous email, I still face difficulties in entering my activation key after downloading PSIM to my computer. Anytime I try to insert it, the messege that pops on my screen is an error as shown in the image attached below, saying "Error activating license: License already exists in license store", While PSIM not allawing me to open a new page and pops up a messege concerning my license.
Do I have to delete the files and download PSIM and install all over again (I have already tried it before and maybe that escalated my situation)?

Hi @rotems

The message license already exists in license store means the activation is already successful

You could go to the location of the license in the license store, this is the path in the activation tab under the license store field, delete the .lic file there and then reactivate

Please share screenshots of the error if the issue persists.

Hello and Good morning,

I followed your advice and it poped the messege of "license was activated and sorted in User license store" successfully. However, a messege still pops at my screen, as followed, saying the connection to my license is lost, and Im unable to open a new file and work. If Im confirming the messege, the program automatically closes.
What should I do un this case?
