My Student Account for Altair AI Studio is Blocked - What do I do?

Hello,

I previously was able to login to my Altair AI Studio account (RapidMinor), however, it looks like my account is now blocked. I tried re-downloading and going through the steps, however, it doesn't work because I already received a license number.

I have some homework coming due, and I am not sure where to go from here. Any suggestions?

Please ensure to NOT enter your Altair One Credentials in the RapidMiner Login window of AI Studio, and click on switch to Altair Units license as guided here - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2uJg6heRZBs

Your account is active in Altair one. To use Altair AI Studio (previously called RapidMiner Studio), you need to make sure you are switching to Altair Units Licensing while accessing AI studio.
