"Unable to find the RapidMiner feature in the Altair License file"
I recently had to get a new laptop for class. Altair AI Studios was previously downloaded on my old Mac laptop my new laptop is Windows based.
I have been receiving this error and need to use this program for school. The license has already been placed where it needs to go. I have tried redownloading the program. I have tried deactivating the license and reinputting the license, but I don't want to try to do it again since I have seen that it is a limited option. I have tried uninstalling it from my Mac but that doesn't help and there is no way to find the license on that Mac to deactivate. I tried looking with the help of my father to see if I was just missing it. Please help, the only discussion that I have found on here with the same error has not posted a resolution to this problem.
Note: I did receive this error on that laptop last week and somehow resolved it. But once I restarted that laptop last night for a different issue, the error popped up again with no resolution this time.
