Urgent: Mac Installation & Licensing Issues with Altair AI Studio for NYU Stern Students

Dear Altair Support Team,

I hope you are doing well. I am a Teaching Assistant for the course “Introduction to AI” at NYU Stern School of Business. Our class is using Altair AI Studio as the primary software for assignments and projects.

Most of our students use Mac laptops (MacBook Air/Pro with Apple Silicon M3 and above). They have successfully created accounts on Altair One, but many are unable to log in to the software using their Altair One credentials.

As an alternative, I suggested creating accounts on RapidMiner via this link:
https://redirects.rapidminer.com/signup/studio
However, the website appears to be inaccessible, preventing students from proceeding with software setup.

Additionally, each student has already received an Altair AI Student License Key, but we are unsure how to properly activate it within the software on Mac systems.

Could you please provide a simple, step-by-step installation and configuration guide specifically for Mac users, including instructions on how to:

1. Successfully install Altair AI Studio on macOS (M1/M2/M3).
2. Log in using Altair One credentials or alternative access methods.
3. Apply the Student License Key to activate the software.

We would greatly appreciate your assistance at the earliest, as students need to access the tool for upcoming assignments.
