My Student Edition License is not working for AI Studio/RapidMiner. I tried calling and E-Mailing with Technical Support and they indicated that my account shows as active in Altair One. However, whenever I go to log in to AI Studio, following the instructions on Steps to Activate AI Studio with the Altair Student Edition License Key from Altair One.com , I get this error message:

After E-Mailing with Technical Support, I was directed not to call/E-Mail with them, but post here instead. Assistance would be appreciated.
