I can't run .fem files in Altair Computer Console using Optistruct

Hello,

I'm using Altair student license and I need to run a lot of .fem models for my thesis project. I want to run all of them directly from Altair Computer Console with Optistruct but I get a license error. If I run the model individually from Hypermesh it runs without any issue.

I would appreciate any help on this, thank you

You need to install mechanical solver package for accessing compute console.

From the image, it says to be license error, which means you don't have license to run.

Hello, thank you for your response but I already have mechanical solver installed. I have one student license and when I run the models from Hypermesh, exporting the .fem there is no issue running optistruct. The problem appears when I try to run a .fem using only the compute console.

Then check with your IT team why it is not fetching the license.
