PLOAD1 Vector Correction

Overview: When creating a PLOAD1 in the OptiStrcut interface, it will be oriented to FYE regardless of the user load direction setting.
The app allows the user to create PLOAD1s with the desired global X (FX), Y (FY), and Z (FZ) force directions.

Usage/Installation Instructions:

Select 1D elements
Select type and set magnitude > Create
Check vector type
