Trial version can't connect to marketplace / install

Hi guys, I have successfully downloaded the trial version of RapidMiner. However, when I am trying to install the "Text Processing" extension I get an error message (screenshot attached). This happens whilst using corporate WiFi and using my iPhones mobile hotspot. Any pointers?

This might be due to some firewall that is blocking your marketplace connection. There is another way to install extensions. You can download jar files and then place them in .rapidminer folder. Please see below threads from

I am afraid that does not do the trick, probably because I cannot find the .rapidminer folder. Placing the jar file inside the ext or the plugins folder(s) does not work. So, where can I find the .rapidminer folder?

The .rapidminer folder is in "C:\Users\varun\.RapidMiner" for my PC. Look at your user folders to see where your .rapidminer folder is in.
