My Student License won't work anymore.

Hello, I was trying to activate PSIM using the student license assosiated with my college email, unfortunately the licence provided to me won't work anymore, it turns out I installed the software I needed (PSIM) a couple of weeks ago and the activation did work that time, unfortunately I was forced to format my computer not long after, I retraced the steps I did for the first installation but the student license I got won't work anymore, I get the following error message:

 

"Error activating License: This license was already activated using a different HostIDs."

 

Despite the fact  my license expires in 2025, how can I solve this problem?

Hi,

Your license has been deactivated from the old system. Now you should be able to activate the student license on your current system. Please try to activate the license and let me know if it works.
