- Go to the AI Studio Hub - https://web.altair.com/academic-hub-ai-studio and click Download
Create an account using ideally your official university Student Account email address on the site, Make sure, you select Educational Purposes, for this question: What are you using Altair Rapidminer for?
Input your name, email, password etc.
- Go to https://my.rapidminer.com/nexus/account/index.html#downloads And Sign in with the email address account you created above if needed.
- Download and Install AI Studio (previously called RapidMiner Studio)
- Run the Setup (probably in your Downloads Folder) If you have questions about installing AI Studio, check out our Installation Guide.
- Open the App.
- Login with your student email account (the one you created above) and it should automatically use the Free RapidMiner Educational license
Congrats! You are ready!
AI Studio (RapidMiner) Welcome Screen after Opening it (after SetUp and Installed) shown below.
Then close the initial Welcome screen, if this screen pops up. Or you can start with some options shown there – like starting a BLANK Process!
