I have downloaded the license file for student version but I am unable to download the software after clicking the link of respective software which i have received in my mail

I have got approval for free access of students version of altair softwares. I have received link for various altair software through mail. I want Inspire Cast software but the moment I click the download link I am getting privacy error. please help me
