Topology Optimization for Crashworthiness

I am asking for urgent support with this specific question

Can Optistruct perform a topology optimization with overhang constraints for a structure under a nonlinear dynamic load??? or do I have to use a simple static load instead???

I am lost in documentation for the last year, I tried courses, I tried reading manuals and everything, but I always find clues that it can do the job, yet there is no clue how to do it!

I still see ESL (Equivalent static load algorithm) documentation that is active with topology optimization, but still no clue on how I can do this

The problem now is there is no online course available for Optistruct explicit dynamics at all, I searched in youtube and Altair Elearning, is there anything that I can do?

Is there a chance that I can use optistruct to optimize a model that is done by radioss? in such case please let me know the steps for that, because everytime I try to open the radios model in optistruct I have multiple errors with cards, solver parameters, loads and contact definition

Yes, I am aware of all these links, but getting back to my original question, overhang constraint is not applicable at all in radioss, also I received a confirmation before in some of the courses that although optistruct can do topology optimization of explicit dynamic load case, but it is not yet fully integrated with manufacturing constraints

is there any kind of information that says otherwise? please help
