Cannot activate student license.

Dear all,

I have downloaded and installed HyperMesh software.
I got the license Activation key.
I generated the license file with the Altair License Utility

Now, when I open the HyperMesh software, the following window pops-up and I cannot activate the license.

Please could someone tell me what I'm doing wrong and what I should do.

Hi Andrus,

It does look like you have activated the license successfully in the ALMUTIL GUI, as per step 4 here https://community.altair.com/community?id=community_blog&sys_id=d8b44df21be18250c4dfdbd9dc4bcb38&view_source=featuredList correct?

Can you please make sure you are using the 2024 version of HyperWorks ?

You do not need to enter the username password in the managed section, can you share the license log with us ?
