Licensing Issues

I keep getting the following error when trying to enter my license code. The instructions available to not match the new downloading procedure and I need this software (ESAComp) for a class that I am in. I have tried all of the different license drivers but none of them work. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Jennifer,

Are you manually typing the code into the field, or are you directly pasting the code?

I am directly copying and pasting the code.
