I can't get my student license

Hello, 

I am a student who had acquired a student license the previous year. However, that license expired a few days ago, and now I want to renew it. Although I followed the steps from the official guide on how to get a student license, when I enter the marketplace section, the "Student Edition License" bundle doesn't appear.

Please inform me on what to do.

Your Altair One account has been verified. You should now be able to access the Student Edition Bundle and the license activation key on the Altair One Marketplace - https://altairone.com/home
