Unable to use my student license for PSIM

Hi, I'm getting the attached errors when opening PSIM. I've gone through all the steps mentioned in this post (https://community.altair.com/community?id=community_question&sys_id=d75ebae397e482d0e3b0361e6253af50), and have also done all the steps in the student edition instructions, including the additional steps for PSIM. However, this error keeps appearing. Thanks!

 

Note: Path appearing in the error message is the path I got from almutil_gui.exe.
