I got this Error Ticket Number : #100.29.16 #100.18.1 #100.18.39
Hello Altair users! I am new to this field of software and work on FluxMotor as well as Altair Flux.
However, I faced an error when I ran my design
The Inner magnet "imi_Block_01A_149" is not valid for thermal analysis. Indeed, the faces [Yoke_1] must be "simply connected" to build the thermal scheme.
Ticket Number : #100.29.16 #100.18.1 #100.18.39

Hi Qasim,
Apologies for the delayed response. The error is due to a customized magnet part imported into FluxMotor. Here the yoke face (rotor part) is not partitioned properly. It has one single face where thermal conduction will be evaluated properly.
To avoid this, the rotor face should be partitioned into more than one face (maybe at the magnet ends).
Please let us know if you require more information.
Thanks and regards

thank you for your answer
I have done what you suggested. However, I faced new problem
The test Characterization, Open circuit, Motor & Generator, Cogging torque failed due to the following problem:
Cause : stdcom.error.UserFortranException: POINT already existing
Type : UserFortranExceptionTicket Number : #100.18.11 #100.18.10 #100.18.1 #100.18.39
Please, if you have any additional information. about the first error

Hi Qasim,
Thank you for your response.
I hope you have the same question parallelly running through support request. As this is specific to your project we can discuss it through the Altair support platform.
I hope this is fine for you.
Thanks
Karun
