Overview

Classic Models (.dmod) extract use templates to extract data from a specific report at a time. Classic Models can also acquire data from structured sources like Excel, CSV, and Database sources. Classic models may include filters, sorts, calculated fields, lookup fields, and summary aggregations.

Data Prep Studio Workspaces (.dpwx) provide the ability to connect to multiple data sources such as Monarch Classic Models, Excel, CSV, Text, PDF, Database Connections and other sources. Data Prep Studio Workspaces provide more data extraction methods, a wider array of cleansing functions, including joins, appends, pivots, unpivots, de-depulication, and more data preparation features.

Usage/Installation Instructions

Do you have a .dpwx for Texas Medicaid Remittance and Status Report?

    Hi Kristen!

Not yet. We have a project backlog for a few states at the moment: Georgia, Mississippi, Missouri, and North Carolina (this one is a beast). We’d happy to add Texas to the list. If it’s not as challenging as some of the other ones we can create the models for it quickly. For some context, North Carolina Medicaid Remit is quite challenging with close to 18 section. It is last to do on our project list.

    Best Regards,

    Baba
