How to get access to the software when download link doesn't work?

Hello,
I applied to the student version almost 3 weeks ago, and I thought I didn't receive an Email with the download links yet. However, I just noticed that your Email ended up in the Spam folder and I tried to click on the download links, but nothing happens when I do so. What can I do to get access to the software now?
