Hi guys,

I recently downloaded the new 2022.1 version of Altair Products and would like to know if changing unit feature has been added or not in latest version. If yes, how to change the unit?

Thanks!

i'm not a user of HWCFD but I couldn't find any mention of units in the release notes.

So it is probably depending on your input data.

I know that SimLab environment allows you to control unit systems.

The user still needs to make sure all the values represent a consistent set of units.

Why am I getting mm as unit here in hyperworks cfd 2022.1? If I want to change my unit back to m, how to do it? I remember, it was m in previous version of hyperworks cfd.

    Thanks

For Sketch units, you can go to

    File > Preferences > Sketching

and set your desired Units via the pull-down.  Looks like the default is MMKS (mm kg N s) but you can switch that to MKS (m kg N s).
