Unable to download software from Altair Student Edition mail links
I applied and received Altair Student Edition software and license a few months back via E-mail.
I installed HyperWorks using that link and was using the software without any problem. Now, I want to use the EDEM software so I tried downloading the software using the same links provided in the email but now the links are not working and I am unable to download any software.
Please guide how to download the other student edition software.

- You should copy and paste the links in a different browser and click go
- You should open the email in a different browser (if using gmail or yahoo for instance in a browser) and click on the links in the email there
- Write to us in the Altair Community here with this issue and we will send you alternate download links.

There are cases where when you click on the download links in the email, one would just see a tab open and the exe does not download, in such cases
