I need help with Lattice method

I would like to work on a project with the theme of lattice optics. Unfortunately I have no experience with it. I've already seen and read all the materials in the help and tutorials in youtube, but I still have some problems. So I need some more examples and tutorials to deepen the topic a bit and get better results. It would be nice if someone could give me some tips, help or recommend any sources about this method
