    Hello Jesus Veredas,

Due to some input error, Radioss could not create the restart file. Does the _0000.out point to any error? If you can share this file, I can help to identify what may be the case.

    Regards,

    Guilherme.

    Hello Guilherme,

    I attach the file _0000.out.

    Hello Jesus Veredas,

Your _0000.out shows one error. Every error must be corrected, otherwise, Radioss will not be able to run the model.

In your case, it says that the property assigned to the spring elements is invalid (not compatible) as you can see below:

    image

Would you please check the property assigned to these elements?

You can check the spring properties available on this page: Spring Properties - Radioss

    Regards,

    Guilherme.

    Many thanks Guilherme,

The material and property assigned to SPRING2N_comp PART is Mat_DP600 and Property is Prop_DP600:

This is my mistake because i don't know how to create a SPRING Material and a SPRING Property.

    Could you help about it?

I have reviewed the Spring Web that you have indicated to me, but I don't understand it, and I don't know how to fill the parameters of spring material or parameters of spring property in Radioss Software if i create a new material or a new property for SPRING.

    Best Regards,

    Jesus Veredas.

    Hello Jesus Veredas,

The spring behavior can be quite simple or very complex, depending on the application/use case.

The simplest spring is the Type4, with 1 DoF per node. You can refer to the following example to set a Type4 spring: RD-V - Spring Type 4

Note that no material is assigned to the spring part. All the definitions (mass, stiffness, damping etc) are set inside the property.

    I hope this helps.

    Kind regards,

    Guilherme.
