creat fixation in hypermesh 13

From the Utility page, start the BC’s manager.

Under Create, select type to Boundary conditions to create constraints and select concentrated load to create force

where is the Utility page ?

The utility tab should be right next to the model browser tab, in the tab area, to the left of the graphics area,

If not you will need to check it in the view menu,
