I have already tried everything and also every one else in my university has tried their hands on my laptop. This issue is that the license file doesn’t match with my MAC address. Therefore it is the fault of the Altair team for sending me the wrong license but they don’t want to resolve this issue. So, to whom should I contact for this resolution?
The license file is automatically generated when you enter your computer's host ID in the student edition license request form. If you have mistakenly entered the wrong Ethernet ID, please reapply for student license.
Please request for the student edition license again here https://studentedition.altair.com/ with the correct Ethernet ID.
