Multiple commands issue

I am running a conjugate heat transfer simulation in acusolve. While launching solver from Hypermesh, In the AcuTail window,

1.I get error "acuRun: *** ERROR: error occurred executing acuPrep".

2.I get warnings "Multiple commands issues" under time increment.

I'm attaching the .log file for your reference.

Kindly help me resolve the issue as soon as possible.

    1.  It is not clear from the .Log file what is the problem. It appears you have a single 6-core CPU, though it's not clear if you have only a single CPU on that machine, or multiple CPUs. We do not recommend using HyperThreading with AcuSolve. Could you please try again with six cores or fewer, rather than eight? Could you also update your installation to the latest release 2021.1 and try again, still with six cores or fewer (assuming it's a single CPU)?

    2.  The Auto Solution Strategy command generates the Time Increment command, and it appears you also have the Time Increment command within the .inp file itself.  This is why you get the Multiple Command warning - but it should be fine.  Generally we don't need the Time Increment command within the .inp itself - but let Auto Solution Strategy handle that.

Are you able to share/post the .inp file also?  (Or through the Support ticket also created is fine...)

    1. Yes, I have single 6-physical core CPU and I have tried with 1, 4, 6 and 8 logical cores, still getting the same error.

    2. I'm attaching the input file for your reference.
