Error Message when installing AI Studio

I am installing AI studio and receiving the error message "Unable to find the RapidMiner Studio feature on Altair One. Any idea what I could be doing wrong?

    Thanks! I’ve done that, and it asks to restart. Upon the restart I receive the same error.

    I looked at the details and it mentions something about “GlobalZoneAM” not being available.

    Hello,

    Altair licenses are zoned and yours can only be used from Europe. I you wish to acquire a license for a different zone or a multi-zone license please contact your account manager.
